jessthekahn@gmail.com BioA purveyor of instantaneous complete lobotomies (jar of formaldehyde free of charge) and other such ingenious medical procedures, I am obsessed with anything and everything medical, hence the whole "Doktor" thing.
So, you want to know a little bit about me eh? Well, to tell you the truth there isn't much, I'm a medical nerd who had to quit medic school due to injury, so now I have a desk job. I work for an awesome company that helps people when they get sick or hurt while traveling. Eat something bad in Tijuana? I can tell you which hospital will leave your appendix where it belongs. Got the clap from that hooker in Prague? I can direct you to an English-speaking clinic where they don't ask questions. Almost anywhere in the world, I can find you the nearest hospital, and if I can't, I'll gladly tell you that you're fucked and maybe you shouldn't have tried to pet that lion.
Other than my job, I'm a funny, snarky and altogether un-average type of person who's always willing to have a good time. I enjoy hanging out with my friends, watching movies, and reveling in the fact that I am a complete nerd/dork/geek/whatever. Should you find yourself in my vicinity, you should be aware that I do not deal with stupid people and will mercilessly use my magical powers of snark to cut down any who fit into this category. I have my own distinct way of thinking known as "Jess Logic," which is a lot of overly-analytical reasoning with a healthy dose of emotion thrown in just to complicate things. It usually serves me pretty well, although it has been known to get me into trouble once in a while.
I'm always looking for new people to take tequila shots with me because I never drink alone, so if you happen to stumble upon me at a convention, faire, or other gathering, I'll be glad to pull out my extra shot glass and get you happy right along with me. I'll get us both happy, then goad you in drinking more than I so I can laugh at you while I sober up.
Like any other person, I work, I play, I love, and just generally live my life in the way I see fit.
